RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• CHECK-IN from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; CHECK-OUT until 10:00 a.m. Tolerance 30 min. After this time you will be charged 50% of the daily rate. Early check-out has no refund or right to credit. Check-out before 7:00 a.m. please inform no later than the day before.

• BREAKFAST is optional, it works from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please order the coffee on the PREVIOUS DAY with time, to better serve them.

• BED AND BATH LINEN: For ecological reasons and conscious consumption, bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels every 3 days. If you need to make the exchange before this deadline, you will be charged R$10 per piece. The bath towels are for the exclusive use of the rooms, and their use is not allowed on the beach. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup or dye hair. In this case, the value of a new part will be charged.

• MEALS: It is not allowed to have meals in the suites without a meal area. Food stains on the sheets or blankets will be charged the cost of the wash. We have a dining room on the ground floor of the inn that can be used.

• When leaving the rooms we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning, fan, television and lights. Doors and windows should also be closed because in summer the occurrence of sudden storms is common.

• Visitors are not allowed to enter the common areas or rooms without prior authorization.

• Parking is offered as a courtesy to the guest. We are not responsible for any object left inside the vehicle (or outside it) or for any damage that may occur with it. We emphasize the importance of parking correctly, respecting the space for the passage of vehicles.

• It is not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the rooms or in the common areas of the inn.

• To provide our guests with a great stay, we kindly ask for maximum silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• We remind you that the electrical voltage is 220w.
